Each of our templates has been specially designed to work with MoonLite™ Store and provide your customers with a professional looking and easy to use experience when shopping online with your store.

Fully featured shopping basket

Customers have full control over the items in their shopping basket, increasing and decreasing product quantities is a simple one-step process. There is even a running total of the number of items and the total on every page, keeping the confidence of the customer throughout their shopping experience.

Powerful product search

Using the powerful product database search customers can quickly locate the item(s) they are looking for. Not only can they locate an item by its title the search will also look in the description you have added, giving the customer the maximum chance of finding the product they are looking for.

Quick checkout

Customers who have shopped online with you before can speed up the checkout process by logging in. The billing and shipping details stored from their previous order will automatically be displayed saving them time. If they wish to amend their information then a quick over type is all that is required.

Secure payment options

Customers can shop in confidence as the three methods of taking payment (Purchase order, Protx or PayPal) all make use of secure online encryption technology to ensure that their payment information is properly handled.

Order status and history

Customers like to know what is happening with their orders. With MoonLite's customer account area they can log in at any time and check the status of current orders or look back at previous orders making it easier to find items purchased before.

You're in control!

With MoonLite™ Store you are in control all the way. You control your product catalogue, your store departments, shipping rates, the number of products to show per page, frequently asked questions, content on custom pages, even which order your products and departments are shown.

Site configuration

Even though we set up your store for you, you still have full control over the following items...

• Home page introduction text and featured products
• Products per page - set how many items will be shown on each page
• Destination email address for orders and enquiries
• Shop status (open/closed)
• Shipping calculation method (by weight or order value)
• Number of products avaialble for sale - the default is 300 but this can be increased at any time (see pricing)

Easy product entry

Product information is entered all in one place, quickly and easily. You can show products in multiple categories/departments with a simple click of the mouse. Product options are easily added during the product entry stage to give your customers choices such as size or colour. You can even mark products as 'Out of stock', 'Discontinued' (disabling the ability for the customer to add to their basket), or 'Pending' (allowing you to add items on to your store ahead of their launch date).

Detailed customer information

Once a customer has placed an order, you will be able to view the items they have purchased together with their billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address and any special instructions they entered on checkout. You can keep the customer updated by changing the order status at the click of a mouse. You can also print a delivery note to accompany the goods when dispatched.

Customised shipping costs

You have the choice of calculating shipping costs by total order value or by total weight. You can then set whatever price/weight increments you like giving you total control over shipping costs.

Custom pages

Several custom pages are included as standard with all MoonLite™ Store sites, these include contact information, terms & conditions, and privacy policy. If you opt to have a custom template then more custom pages can be created, an example could be a page all about the history of you business or maybe a page about other services you offer. The content on custom pages can be edited by you at any time.

Secure payment options

There are three methods availble for collecting payment from your customers, you can opt to use any or all of the following...

• Purchase order - Mainly used on business to business websites where the customer places an order and you send out an invoice for payment or take payment over the phone.
• PayPal - the customer will be taken to PayPal's checkout area where they will collect the payment for you and hold it in an online account where you will be able to make trasnfers to a bank account of your choice
• Protx - the customer will be taken to Protx's checkout area where their payment information will be automaticall processed and your existing merchant account will be credited each night
